Crystal bowls create a very pure wave form a sonic wave form. This pure sonic wave form carries through physical objects quite well. The human body has quite a lot of resonation potentials within it.

One reason the pure tones vibrate our body is that it has a natural affinity to quartz. The human body is composed of many crystallite substances. The bones, blood and DNA are crystallite, in structure as well as the liquid crystal-colloidal structure of the brain. Even on a molecular level, our cells contain silica, which balances our electromagnetic energies and this is the same formula as natural quartz crystal. When you’re working with crystal and sound, such as with the bowls, there is a resonation-a harmonization-an integration process that goes on between the external and internal vibration. 

The physical properties of the crystal bowls create different tones which resonate with our subtle bodies and frequency signatures. The tones awaken cellular mamories and heal on different levels. 

Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls Workshops

You do not need to own your own healing bowls to attend these workshops. You will learn the skills on how to make the bowls        sing by using the bowls available on-site. However, if you do own your own bowl or bowls, please bring with you, as it is important for the player to merge body and soul with their own preferred notes. 

Quartz crystal healing bowls work on exactly the same principle as Reiki where each bowl corresponds to a Chakra point on the body as follows:
