All Reiki levels are based on the original Usui System of Natural Healing in accordance with The Usui Shiki Kyoho tradition.

Reiki Level I

Reiki I or first degree is a basic course where you learn something about the history of Reiki and the hand positions for treatment. You are given four attunements also called "energy transmissions" during which you receive a transfer of reactivation of Universal Life Energy.
